100%
The picture quality is excellent: for those who don't know, the black and white beginning is deliberate - a homage to the Patrick Troughton era, to give the viewer the feeling that s/he is watching a Patrick Troughton advenure.
The sound quality is excellent too.

The 2nd Doctor and Jamie pay a visit to Professor Dastari on Station Camera. The Time Lords have asked the Doctor to persuade Dastari to curtail time experiments being carried out on the station. The conversation takes a different turn when the station is attacked and the Doctor captured.
In another time and another place, the 6th Doctor and Peri are enjoying a quiet day fishing. The Doctor suffers a seizure and a feeling that he was being put to death. At Peri's suggestion, the Doctor seeks medical advice from Professor Dastari. They arrive at Station Camera to find it gutted. The station computer states that the attack was made by the Time Lords. The Doctor is also horrified to find his former companion, Jamie, hiding in the station's lower levels. Even more horrifying is Jamie's statement that the Doctor was executed by the attackers - a race the Doctor has encountered before - the Sontarans.
The Doctor soon discovers that his younger self was not executed but taken to Earth. There, Dastari will conduct experiment's on the 2nd Doctor in order to find the key to the Time Lord's power of time travel. The 6th Doctor, Jamie and Peri set off in pursuit to rescue the 2nd Doctor and put an end to the Sontaran's scheme. Except, that the scheme might not have been devised by the Sontarans but by something far more dangerous - an enhanced Androgum called Chessene.
